Thanks to its innovative design, the DS Plastics stormwater tank combines maximum storage capacity with a compact installation footprint. This allows the tank to offer significantly more storage volume per unit length than traditional solutions. Even tanks with a capacity of up to 50,000 litres can be transported efficiently on a standard trailer.

The distinctive ribbed construction not only provides excellent structural strength but also allows the tank to be lifted and handled safely using lifting straps. In addition, the surrounding soil pressure is distributed more effectively, reducing the load on the tank walls and enhancing long-term durability.

Compared to concrete tanks, the DS Plastics stormwater tank is exceptionally lightweight. This simplifies transportation and makes installation faster, safer and more cost-effective. Even tanks with a capacity of 20,000 litres can be installed in locations with limited accessibility.

Thanks to the large storage capacity relative to its compact dimensions, the required excavation remains limited. As a result, less backfill material is needed, reducing installation costs. Maintenance and cleaning are also quick and straightforward, making the tank a durable, practical and economical solution for rainwater and stormwater storage and buffering.
